Returns & Exchanges Policy

We offer hassle-free returns within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused and in original condition
  • All tags must be attached
  • Items must be returned in original packaging

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

If you experience any genuine issue related to fabric quality or defect, we will offer a free return or replacement after review.


Important Note

We do not accept returns for:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect sizing selection (please check size guide before ordering)

Please clearly follow our instructions below if you wish to make a return:

  • Inform us of your wish to return/exchange by emailing customer services at order@label-arjn-net.com within 48 hours of receiving your parcel + wait for our reply before proceeding. 
  • Place the items in the original box/bag or any other secure waterproof carry product. 
  • Ship with your chosen courier or postal company - we suggest you use a trackable and insured method so that your carrier will compensate you in the event of theft or loss during delivery. Please keep a record of your tracking number. Customers are responsible for the safe return of goods.
  • Returns, exchanges and credits will only be processed once the item is received and deemed to be in its original condition, with tags attached.
  • Send your package to the store location it was sent from once you have received a reply from us.
  • Please allow 1-2 days for your return to be processed once it is delivered to Label_Arjn.
  • Once processed, refunds can take 1-3 days to appear.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
  • All exchanges are subject to availability.
  • We will withhold $12 for the cost of our shipping of your item to you on refunded purchases if you have paid for shipping.
  • Make sure products are as you received them - unworn, unmarked and in original packaging with tags. Items will be inspected upon arrival to ensure they are in sellable condition.
  • Products returned with tags unattached will not be accepted.
  • If your rerun does not strictly meet the above terms and conditions and is returned to us within 7 days of you receiving it, your item will be returned to you, and your return will not be processed.
